Ms. Kamala Muthiah

Ms. Kamala Muthiah is deeply committed to the belief that education must be accessible to all, irrespective of economic or social background. She also believes it is a driving force for progress in society and is dedicated to ensuring that the institution serves as a tool for such progress.

Under her guidance, the school continues to emphasise on inclusivity and focuses on imparting education that creates well-rounded individuals, ready to contribute positively to society.

Ms. Nandini Valli Muthiah

Mr. Joseph Mathew Daniel

Mr Daniel is a firm believer that the role of an educator is to harness the students’ innate curiosity and urge to explore, experiment and learn.  A firm advocate for recognizing and nurturing positive potential, he is passionate about creating an environment that supports and encourages every student’s growth.

Ms. Anna George

Chief Advisor, M. Ct. M. Group of Schools.

An educator par excellence with four decades of leadership experience, Ms. George began her career as an English teacher in New Delhi. She has since then held various positions in Calcutta, Visakhapatnam, and eventually Chennai where she was a Principal and a Correspondent and still continues as a teacher trainer and school management consultant.

She believes that school education starts with the three R’s of education – Reading, wRiting and aRithmetic – the basic skills of literacy, and ends with the other 3 R’s – Respect, Responsibility and Relationships, the essential skills for a fruitful life.

Ms. George has been instrumental in leading numerous educational institutions to higher standards of excellence.  Her contributions in the field of Total Quality Management for schools have earned her high respect in the field of Indian education.  Further trained in educational leadership,  management, and quality control programmes, she has guided many schools to achieve their institute’s visions.

Ms. George was a key resource person for the CII – Quality in Education, an initiative to improve the quality of education in India.  She conducts workshops and training programmes for teachers and management on quality enhancement and standardisation of both teaching-learning processes and administrative procedures in educational institutions.

Her vision is to shift the focus of education from competition-based quantitative academics to one that emphasises qualitative excellence that encourages peace and harmony through free thinking and ethical actions.

Ms. George is also a co-author of the Harmony in Living series, a value education and life skills book published by Oxford University Press, and is involved deeply in training teachers to facilitate value education and life skills in classrooms.
